What to "Do": Deciding How to Style Your Hair for Your Wedding Day
One decision when planning your wedding day that usually induces high levels of stress for the bride and some possible mocking from a teasing groom or brother is how the bride wants to do her hair. Laugh if you want, but the how to style your hair on your wedding day is a pretty big deal and will effect your overall wedding look. As the bride, you will of course have the advantage of that pure happiness glow, but to pull together a beautiful look you need to pay extra attention to your hair.
First off, do you want to wear your hair up or down? Al lot of brides will try desperately to grow there hair out as long as they can for their wedding day with the intention of wearing it long beautiful locks. We don't suggest having your hair down and straight because it is rather casual and everyday look. Adding some soft waves or curls is a great way to add a little extra umph and elegance to your look. Also, with adding a hairpiece you will further distinguish yourself as the bride particularly from your bridesmaids. Wearing your hair up does tend to more easily give you added elegance, but, like when deciding if you should have a short or long hair cut, deciding between an up and down do will require the same facial feature considerations. Furthermore, you will still want to consider the addition of a veil, headband, tiara, or other hairpiece to mark you as queen of the day. Besides, what bride wants to turn down the opportunity for a little added sparkle?
